Association
The Garfield Band Boosters
Association was organized to provide additional financial support for
the 5th through 12th grade band program. Parents of band students
volunteer their time and talents to help provide a quality band program
for the students. The Band Boosters are led by an executive board
that is elected yearly by the members. Membership is open to all
parents of band students.
All parents are
encouraged to become
involved and
help is ALWAYS needed. Please consider volunteering to help your
child get the most out of his or her "band experience".
Booster Meetings are held the FIRST
TUESDAY of every month
@ 7 PM in the high school band
room.
How the Band Boosters get involved:
HS Marching and Concert Uniforms
Chaperones for all events
(football games, band shows, competitions, trips)
Awards Programs
Social events/gatherings for students/parents
Fundraising
How the Band Boosters raise funds:
If you have a suggestion...please GET INVOLVED!!
we can ALWAYS use new ideas and energy!
